Quick Home Gym Fitness Tips

Hi everyone. Everyone is extremely busy in their lives, we know, but here are a few tips on how to utilize your time affectively with some quick fitness:

1. Do some leg squats while brushing your teeth in the morning and at night.

2. If chatting on the phone, try some calf raises.

3. Jump rope while watching the kids play outside.

4. As you chop vegetables for dinner, hold your stomach tight and then release.

5. Dry your hair while doing the “invisible chair” exercise. Take as many breaks as needed.

6. Do hip twists while waiting for your water to boil when cooking.

7. Strengthen your ankle by doing foot circles while reading a book.

8. While unloading the dishwasher you can stretch yourself for long periods of time.

I found some of these tips quite useful. My goal is to help inspire you to come up with a few of your own ideas from the list I have given you. There is always a way to maintain your fitness, even if you work out of your home, or in a crammed office.

This clip I am about to show you demonstrates someone in that transitional stage of becoming a leader. The young football player who goes on to become an exceptional leader in the movie,”Facing the Giants”, was inspired by their football coach who knew the potential his team had to play better football.

When did you first realize you were an “entrepreneur?”

Hi everyone,

What a great day to start off my first blog on this site today. Not only should I tell you some things about me, but I encourage you to share some things about yourself so we can get to know each other.

Now, a little about myself. Growing up in a small city in Idaho, I was unfamiliar with what was really outside of my hometown. I graduated from high school and decided to join the military with the hope of one day joining the FBI.

The Marine Corps taught me a strong sense of discipline that would carry on after I was honorably discharged. The Corps taught me more about myself in 4 years than anything or anyone. I learned quickly that I would want to be a business owner and not an employee. My superiors literally controlled every aspect of my life 24-7. This was a blessing, though, because it helped me to develop the entrepreneurial mindset that I have today.

Today, I am allowing money to work for me because of a simple mindset switch that occurred while in the service. So tell me, how and when did you decide to become an entrepreneur?
